DODD-Authorized Services

Waiver-Funded Support for Every Stage of Life

We provide nine DODD-authorized service categories funded through Ohio Medicaid waiver programs — each one tailored to the individual's ISP goals and delivered by trained, compassionate Direct Support Professionals.

How Our Services Work

Person-Centered, Waiver-Funded, ISP-Guided

Every service we provide is authorized under the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and funded through Medicaid waiver programs including the Individual Options (IO) Waiver, Level One Waiver, SELF Waiver, and TDD Waiver. Our care coordinators work directly with county boards of DD, SSAs, and families to ensure each individual receives the right services at the right time — guided by their Individual Service Plan (ISP).
