Empowering Independence, One Person at a Time
Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized support that empowers people with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible — in their own homes, in their own communities, on their own terms. We believe that every individual has unique strengths, goals, and a vision for their own life. Our role is to walk alongside them, provide the right support at the right time, and help make that vision a reality.

Our Story
Founded in Cincinnati, Built on Trust
Golden Heartz Home Care was founded in Cincinnati with a simple but powerful belief: that individuals with developmental disabilities deserve more than adequate care — they deserve excellent care, delivered by people who truly know and respect them.
Since earning our DODD certification in 2018, we have grown into a trusted provider across Butler, Warren, and Hamilton counties. We work closely with county boards of developmental disabilities, Support Services Administrators (SSAs), and families to navigate the waiver system and ensure every individual receives the full scope of services they are entitled to.
What sets us apart is not just our compliance record — it is our culture. We hire DSPs who are passionate about this work, train them thoroughly, and support them so they can show up fully for the individuals in their care.

Aisha brings over eight years of experience in DODD-funded services. She oversees care coordination, ISP alignment, and family communication — ensuring every individual's plan is followed with precision and heart.

Lead Direct Support Professional
Marcus is a certified DSP with specialized training in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and crisis prevention. He is known for his patience, consistency, and ability to build genuine trust with the individuals he supports.

Intake & Waiver Specialist
Sandra guides families through the DODD waiver process from start to finish. With deep knowledge of the IO, Level One, SELF, and TDD waivers, she ensures every family understands their options and accesses every service they are entitled to.
